To fully verify your account, go to your profile settings and upload a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, SSS, UMID, PhilSys, or driver's license) along with a selfie holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Completing KYC unlocks full withdrawal access and higher transaction limits — so it's worth doing early.
Deposits & Payments
NuStar supports all major Philippine payment channels, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, and bank transfers from BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. You can also deposit using your Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and other e-wallet deposits are credited almost instantly — usually within seconds. NuStar does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, especially for inter-bank transfers. We recommend checking with your payment provider beforehand. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) at face value.
Withdrawals & Cashouts
Go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section, select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payout method, enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your account is fully KYC-verified before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts have lower withdrawal limits. Withdrawals are sent to the same payment channel you used to deposit whenever possible.
Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours during business hours. Bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank) via InstaPay are generally completed within the same day. PESONet transfers may take up to one business day. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take a little longer but are processed on the next business day.
The minimum withdrawal on NuStar is ₱200. There is no daily maximum for fully verified accounts. If you're still in the process of completing your KYC verification, a lower limit may apply until your identity is confirmed.
A withdrawal may be declined if your account KYC is incomplete, your active bonus has not met its wagering requirements, there's a mismatch between your account name and the receiving account name, or if our fraud detection system flagged the transaction for review. Check your account notification for the specific reason, or contact support for clarification. We process all legitimate withdrawal requests as fast as possible.
